Refund policy

We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges, with the exception of products containing a manufacture defect. Please refer to all size charts prior to purchasing if you are unsure of sizing. For custom items please ensure that you have provided the correct details for your order.  Riyan Manetta will not cancel, refund or exchange items due to customer error. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know by contacting us at riyanmanetta@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Items containing a manufacture defect are allowed for return and replacement. To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To begin a return, you can contact us at riyanmanetta@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are issued at the discretion of Riyan Manetta, only to customers who have received damaged or incorrect items. For exchanges, the received item must be returned. Once the return has been accepted by the carrier the exchanged item will be sent. If it is determined that a refund is warranted, you’ll be notified and automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
